Mover of Mountains LLC’s Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Mover of Mountains LLC, we strive to provide flexibility and understanding to our participants. To maintain high-quality programs and allocate resources effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Refund Guidelines
Full Refund
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the program start date will receive a full refund, minus a $15 administrative fee. This helps us effectively manage our resources.
Partial Refund
If you cancel between 30 days and 14 days before the program start date, you will receive a 50% refund. This policy accommodates changes in your plans while considering program
No Refund
Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund. While we understand plans may change, this time frame is critical for program preparations.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of a documented medical emergency or significant hardship, we may offer: A 50% refund, or Credit toward a future program (at our discretion).Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

"Cancellation - [Write program name]".Our team is here to assist you throughout the process.
Transfer of Registration
If you prefer to transfer your registration to someone else rather than cancel: Email us at info@moverofmountains.com with the subject line:
"Registration Transfer - [Write program name]".Include the new participant’s full name and email address. Deadline: Transfers are accepted up to 48 hours before the program begins.
Mover of Mountains Program Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Mover of Mountains LLC cancels a program due to: Unforeseen circumstances, or Insufficient enrollment: All registered participants will receive a full refund. To avoid disappointment, we encourage early registration to secure your spot.
