Constructive Outcomes from Collaborating with M.O.M.
Our Founder
Hyacinth Harley, the visionary founder of Mover of Mountains, established the company's initial iteration in June 2015 in Manchester, United Kingdom. Her dedication to leadership development and transformative change led to M.O.M. being shortlisted for a prestigious ‘Coaching Company of the Year’ award within its first twelve months of operation.
Ms. Harley's leadership and commitment have been pivotal in defining the organization’s mission and steering its growth. Before founding M.O.M., Ms. Harley co-founded a financial services enterprise in the United Kingdom that expanded to serve clients in over 130 countries. She has also mentored a UK-based business whose products are marketed in eight countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and Scandinavia.
Furthermore, she has facilitated mental health initiatives at the Wellbeing at Work Global Summits and led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion forums for Diversify.no.Ms. Harley has held several C-suite positions in organizations across the United Kingdom, Norway, and the United States. Presently, she serves on the boards of Say Something (Norway) and J.A. and B Organisation (United States).

Janet Young is an accomplished professional and Community Leader with extensive experience in promotion and management in the entertainment and political sectors. Known for her excellent communication skills and attention to detail, she has successfully led various marketing campaigns, enhancing relationships for the organizations she represents. Her passion and assertiveness drive her to achieve her goals.
Since September 2019, Janet has authored and self-published the inspirational book "Blessings Like Raindrops," available on Amazon and Kindle. She also manages three online blogs: "Lauderhill Social Network," which covers community updates and politics; "In Our House," an online talk show promoting local businesses; and "Women Supporting Women," highlighting women's achievements. Janet has contributed to several magazines, including Jamaicans.com and Voyage Miami Magazine.
From 2018 to2024, Janet has successfully managed and worked on five election campaigns, with four wins by a wide margin. Commissioners, such as County Commissioner Hazelle P. Rogers and Lauderhill Mayor, as well as Attorney Tamar N. Hamilton, who ran for Broward County Court Judge, credit much of their success to Janet's hard work and indomitable spirit. Janet owns Caribbean Medley Organic Juice, Caribbean Medley Marketing and Communications and is the Executive Director for Reggae Runnins Ventures. She is also a board member for notable organizations, including the Serendipity Women's Foundation and Broward Cultural Council.
